SLA is a frustrating product because of the many features that don't work as advertised. If it lived up to its potential, it would be a great product, but the lack of reliable features and the abysmal support make it quite unusable.

The interface in SLA is the only high point to the product. It's a streamlined product with an attractive interface.

Some areas are intuitive, but many are not. Those that aren't are sometimes impossible to take advantage of because the documentation is so bad.

SLA essentially offers you the standard feature-set of products that cost hundreds of dollars less. Those features that make SLA stand out don't work well or at all.

The only thing that prevents SLA from earning a 0 in this category is the fact that there is documentation. What is there is poorly written, outdated, and not as accessible as it should be for a product at this price point.
Price vs. Value Ratio : 1/5
Considering the fact that you can get AWStats free and it offers a similar feature-set, it's disappointing to see SLA priced as high as it is.

I cannot recommend this product. It's frustrating to use, is poorly implemented, is lacking in documentation, and the support from SurfStats is laughable. It's basic functionality earns it a 1.
