Introduction

I started working with 3D applications about 10 years ago. I can remember looking at 3D software at the local computer shop and seeing Bryce version 2. I immediately began burning to own it! Eventually, I talked my wife into letting me buy it, and I've loved it ever since. Bryce is now at version 5.5 and has changed owners several times over the years, but it's so close to what it was in earlier versions that anyone who has used Bryce before will be plenty comfortable. You'll also be surprised (pleasantly so) at the new features that abound in Bryce 5.5.
